Beauty aglow, through sun, wind and snow

This film was made in Iceland in the summer or 2008. Adam & I wanted to do a piece which focused on the people and their identity, what is important to them and who they are as individuals. There is daylight pretty much 24/7 and it is a dream to shoot there, the landscapes are vast, the people look great and have very interesting personalities. It seems that the landscape shapes them. I guess it's kind of unavoidable as the nature there has such a huge impact on how people live their lives. I've shot there three times this year and I think I'll keep coming back, I love it. I am going to Hawaii next, so that will be warmer for sure.
